Aster Meadow Early Learning and Care will be allowed 5 sick days annually, which will not affect your monthly fee. This also covers a situation where I may need to close because my own children are ill. Additionally, there are 2 bereavement days allotted annually which will not affect your monthly fees.
A late fee of $10.00 for every 15 min (or any portion thereof) per child will apply if a child remains in care after 5 PM unless prior arrangements have been made. This late fee is due and payable upon pickup or prior to the next day’s care.

Payment Policy
Parents agree that all monthly fees (full time and part time attendance) will be paid on the first of each month in advance. Drop-in fees are payable per occurrence. Unpaid fees are subject to immediate suspension or termination of care unless reasonable arrangements are made and accepted by both parties.
Full time and part time fees are based on booked days, not attendance, therefore parents are responsible for fees whether child attends or not. (This includes sick days, statutory holidays and vacation time)
A fee of $50.00 will be charged for all NSF cheques. Upon a second occurrence of an NSF cheque, all subsequent payments must be made in cash.
